A bright, lightly sweet artisan sourdough made with juicy blueberries and fresh lemon zest. Rustic, tender, and naturally leavened, with a beautiful berry swirl and a soft citrus finish. Perfect toasted with butter, served with coffee, or enjoyed as a special weekend loaf.

Ingredients: Bread flour (wheat), water, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), blueberries, honey, lemon zest, salt.
