A cozy cottage-style sourdough made with naturally fermented dough, sweet figs, and sharp cheddar cheese. This loaf is savoury with a gentle sweetness, a golden crust, and a rich, flavourful crumb. Perfect for cheese boards, brunch, or an elevated everyday toast.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, cheddar cheese, dried figs, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), salt.
